I work with couples and those partnered seeking psychotherapy at all different stages in relationship. Some couples desire increased intimacy and others seek thoughtful ways to peacefully end a relationship with minimal conflict. Some couples even explore whether resolving conflict is a possibility. Each family is unique. I will work with your family to understand and honor your own structure, beliefs, and culture. I will work with you to provide tools and practices to encourage the cultivation and growth of mindful parent-child relationships. I seek to gain knowledge of your adult parenting experiences and your child’s inner experiences so we can find ways to navigate together through family challenges with wonder and compassion.
